<div><strong>Trade Execution, Reporting, Settlement&nbsp;</strong></div>

<li>Performing trade execution for various products such as equities, fixed income, cash equivalents, derivatives, commodities, foreign exchange, and alternative investments internally or externally coordination with custodian banks/ brokerage firm, in the most accurate manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide real-time trade updates and execution insights&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct pre-trade analysis and post-trade verification/ reconciliation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure trade confirmations, reconciliations, and reporting are accurate&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor counterparty risk, trade errors, and pricing discrepancies&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all executed trades are accurately recorded and confirmed with counterparties&nbsp;</li>
<li>Timely check and update/ inform the trade status; follow up on pending or unmatched transactions to IA/ RM/ ARM/ PM team&nbsp;</li>

<div><strong>Internal Trade Communication &amp; Client Interaction&nbsp;</strong></div>

<li>Work closely with RM/ ARMs/ IAs to execute trades efficiently&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with internal &amp; external clients&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle requests/ queries and work with internal/ external clients (e.g. RM/ ARM/ Compliance/ Custodian)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Retrieve pricing quotations, reports, statements, confirmations, and term sheets by coordinating with various custodian banks and brokerage firms through online platforms or direct communication via emails&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely access to accurate financial data by proactively engaging with counterparties and monitoring updates on e-banking platforms&nbsp;</li>
<li>Consistently update and maintain the trade blotter with accuracy, ensuring that all executed trades are properly recorded in a timely manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Upload daily trade data to Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility of trade records&nbsp;</li>

<li>Maintain proper trade documentation, reporting, and post-trade reconciliation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere to regulatory guidelines on transparency, reporting, and best execution practices&nbsp;</li>

<li>Private banking ARM experience will be an advantage&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, trade settlement, and post-trade operations; RNF license is required&nbsp;</li>

<li>Able to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced, multicultural environments&nbsp;</li>

<div><br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br>

<li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders across the region;</li>
<li>Partner with Relationship Managers to identify, develop, and qualify prospective clients for legacy planning and life insurance solutions;</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings and provide insurance and legacy planning consultancy solutions in accordance with applicable solicitation and compliance guidelines;</li>
<li>Present and explain legacy planning concepts, legacy planning strategies, and life insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs and objectives;</li>
<li>Provide proactive product support, case consultation, and technical guidance to Relationship Managers on insurance and legacy planning solutions;</li>
<li>Manage and follow up on prospective client cases, including meeting coordination, proposal preparation, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records within internal systems;</li>
<li>Work closely with insurers, internal operations teams, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of business submissions and ongoing servicing requirements;</li>
<li>Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements, including internal solicitation guidelines and documentation standards;</li>
<li>Support and participate in marketing initiatives, seminars, roadshows, and client engagement activities to promote legacy planning and insurance solutions;</li>
<li>Utilise internal CRM and sales management systems effectively while adhering to all compliance, risk management, and governance requirements.</li>

<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Wealth Management, or related disciplines;</li>
<li>Professional qualifications such as CFP, ChFC, CLU, CFA, or equivalent legacy planning/insurance credentials would be advantageous;</li>
<li>Holder of relevant insurance licenses and regulatory qualifications required for conducting insurance brokerage and advisory activities in the respective jurisdiction;</li>
<li>Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, insurance brokerage, family office advisory, or high-net-worth client advisory;</li>
<li>Experience working with Relationship Managers, External Asset Managers (EAMs), private banks, family offices, or affluent / HNW clients would be preferred;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of legacy planning, life insurance solutions, trust structures, and cross-border client servicing concepts</li>
